Not that you'll see much difference with a 4* relic; but a 5* or 6* Gambit relic definitely helps.

Yes most of her special attacks are physical dmg. When she pulls out her glock and goes vrr on sp2 that is physical hits.

It's a great relic for mutants like Dani, Domino, Namor and Colossus; who can all inflict pretty decent Physical SP2 damage.
