How can i get Paragon Guanlet unlocked

I already 100% throne breaker difficulty during the first week of the month. Then I had enough resources to get Paragon title. The Paragon Guanlet didn't unlock after gaining Paragon title.

Help!

    Submit support ticket, it won’t Auto Unlock unless you were paragon prior to completing EQ
