Bishop flopping like a fish against side quest Moleman

I know it sounds crazy but I just went into the sidequest against Moleman and as he was running in Bishop was flopping on the ground. I think it could have something to do with his interaction with already having over 2 bars of power. Has anyone else had this happen? (needless to say that he was KO'd before I realized what was happening and I was unable to get a video or pic.)

    Makes sense. Just never in all of my time playing MCOC seen a champ flop into the fight.

    I just had the same thing happen with Bishop it won't let me post the video of it tho it happened a few times
