Modders in Battleground

Just met a modder in battleground. Please ban this person Kabam. There aren't many modders in Mysterium and above, but there are still plenty in lower brackets. Every season I meet 4-5 modders which is very annoying and frustrating to play. These modders does not play any higher than quantum. I wonder if others feel the same regarding modders in battleground.

    Is this possible? R5 Ascended herc vs. 7*R2 mastro in 47 seconds with 99.7% health in current BG meta.
