Help with kabam id

I asked game support in multiple ways to help me but I keep getting the same preset answer
Whenever I try to create a new kabam Id to link to my game profile a new account is created instead and it’s driving me mad
I’ve seen someone already had the same issue, can someone help me?
Do I need to do something different?
I started suspecting I already have linked a kabam id to my profile, if that’s the case I think there’s nothing I can do to retrieve it
