This past alliance war counted for war rating even though it is still offseason war.

We are aware that, despite delaying AW S49, the most recent off-season war impacted War Rating - even though we said it wouldn't.
We are working to remove the matchup's impact on War Rating, however it will not likely happen until the season has already begun.
We'll continue to communicate updates as the information becomes available.
We apologize for the inconvenience, thank you for your patience.
Surely the whole thing will end up a complete mess when (if) ratings get corrected and the inevitable knock-on effects.
Will you resolve the war rating that was erroneously not disabled, which places those in the verge between tiers in an absolutely awful position, and do so in time for it to not screw the coming season?
We were 2 wins off tier 1. Meaning if we went 7-5 in season, we'd be T1 for the season after.
Because we lost, though (you know, in the war that everyone warned you to ensure you disabled war rating changes for, but you didn't), we're now needing to go 8-4 in the season to secure T1. Quite a tall order, and basically forcibly postpones our dreams of Plat1 for at least one more season.
Not to forget, this is the third time we've been hit by this. Third time where war rating in offseason was accidentally enabled, and I can tell you that the responses from rising tickets about it gave absolutely zero response.
So, far as I see it, you owe my alliance 3 offseason war rating changes so far. Not to mention that even if you do sort out the war rating change _this time_, the later in season you do it, the more effect it will have for those that could have reached a higher tier earlier, and thus, benefited from higher multipliers.
In short, just curious: how are you going to make this right, and if so, when?
But if not done in time for 1st war today, it will probably just be the WR Rating number itself that is eventually corrected (whenever it does get done).
They most likely WILL NOT be going back and doing a series of further cascading adjustments to who may or may not have won or lost, or had a “half-rating” war vs a “no rating” war (or even a “full rating” war as might have been the case for some lower alliances), or whatever other cascading effects, because of different Tier calculations, etc, etc.
Any chance we're going to hear anything further on this? I don't want to sound like a Doomsayer here, but Kabam track record when it comes to handling war rating mess-ups in offseason isn't exactly stellar so far...
It had to be done before season started or not at all.
