Side Quest Vaults Progress Issues

Hi there , not sure if anyone else has had this issue, I seem to have lost all my progress in the Side quest Kings vault, I only have one Key left but my progress percentage has reverted to zero and that means I won't be able to complete the quest to claim the reward of chessmaster. How can I get my progress back or have I lost it forever now? It's frustrating as I was looking forward to gaining that Chessmaster

    They did give out extra keys you sure you didn’t just finish it? I had enough keys to do all of one challenge and a full exploration of one threat level lower for one quest

    I was on track to complete the Threat Level with the keys I had but then when I logged into the game to play it earlier today that's when I found that my progress had been reset to zero. And I only have one key left so I can't complete it.wi
