Battleground new way for losing point

So now when you win you actually can be the lucky choose one who actually didn't win because the game was end concludet but quest what, now you wake up with a draw system another way to make you do lose point even if you win

My best guess is, it's a visual thing. Because both had the same amount of points, it registered as a win for both hence putting the match to a draw.
