Yeah, Juggs is a great r3 candidate, with pretty solid damage and utility. He's not my first choice personally, but I can see why he would be a good rank up

Lots of champs I would take to r3 over juggs.
He's fast enough at r2, but cool, I guess?

Not really, kind of a waste cause there aren't big enough healthpools for him in BGs AW or AQ. He does what he does at r2, doesn't need r3 at all.
