A few questions on task master abilities

So First about the ability accuracy one, sense it says attempts does that mean if they make a Medium/Light/Heavy/L1/L2 attack but you dodge it it will still reduce their offesnive ability accuracy. Secondly when it says it is recent when struck by a specail that just applies to you right? Want to make sure on that.
Now for his immunity I just want this clarified because I know sometimes you guys make mistakes on wordings, once it reaches 100% its a immunity to all debuffs(besides nodes degen obviously) and not just that debuff right?
