That Iceman BWDO matchup seems somewhat doubtful

Iceman is not immune to shock

Give specifics man, PI , sig level etc. It looks doubtful but not impossible.

It's not cheating, iceman is not that hard to fight, also iceman's coldsnap is not that damaging unless the sign is high

Iceman’s really easy to fight except for the coldsnap at the beginning

show us the iceman's rank and sigs. If he is high sig then it might be cheating

This is hilarious everyone in saying it's possible. Coldsap no matter what sig is gonna do more damage then 4%
