Web store doesn't work

Ever since the MCOC webstore came out is has never, not once worked for me. I go on there, sign in, and claim my daily crystals then I hit the play game button and I never get the crystal. I would have bought deals from the web store in the past if it worked correctly but there's NO WAY I'm gonna spend money on a store that doesn't even give me the free items it offers there. Why would I risk/ gamble my money on a store that has never once given me anything? Please fix your game asap! Your game is probably the most profitable mobile game in history, it's ridiculous that there are SO many problems with it!
