Who to rank 3 6*?

I'm trying to decide who I should rank 3 for 6*. I am in 6.1 right now.

My champs are Rintrah, Chee'ilth, Peni, Moon Knight, Zemo, Misty, Black Panther (Civil War) and Shocker.
