Which one better to take to rank 3 i already have 6*cgr at r4.

Whiich one should i take to r2

    Probably Kingpin for me. He benefits from an awakening but doesn't need it to be effective. Plus you've got Hood for the synergy.

    I can do kingpin and hulking straight away for stealthy i dont have resources
