SP1 Start against Photon impacted by Petrify

So I’ll probably be told this is the intended interaction but I don’t think I’ve seen this the past two seasons and I ALWAYS used an SP1 start when using Kate against photon in war. This is the second fight of lane 4 AW and you start with a heal block on you. Photons kit places a quick petrify anytime the opponent gets a debuff, very handy to deal with MD champs, but until now I didn’t think it would impact an SP1 start grey boost. My question here is should that petrify really come first or should the SP1 start boost come first? I’m sure nothing here will get fixed, and maybe this really was intended, but calling it out because this stuff is never consistent and this seemed to have shown up starting with this season.
I posted about a different bug for this exact AW node a while back (the power sting refresh made it so that there’s a split second of 3 debuffs then the champ goes unblockable) but that was basically ignored until this new tactic came out and kabam was forced to look into how impossible lane 4 would’ve been had that bug persisted.
