How long should a 7* version of Kitty come out?

Kabam Mike said Herc and Kitty were broken. Based on his comment, I don't think they'll ever be released, similar to how Quake and Magic still haven't been released as 6*.

Herc and Kitty will become the new Quake and Magik.

We will never see them as 7 stars most probably until we get 8 stars and 7 stars feels outdated.
