Golden Circle Quest Summoner’s Sigil

Not seeing the weekly Golden Circle Quest for having the Summoner’s Sigil. Has this been removed? It is still showing as one of the items summoners receive with the Sigil.

If you're Valiant, they put the gold into the rewards tier and there is no golden circle.
