Lost my account when trying to put kabam account

in Bugs and Known Issues
So i was trying to link my account to a kabam account and when the game asked if i want to link the account i was thinking that it was to link the kabam account to my main account but it was not it was to link my account to the kabam account and i lost my account. So i really want to have my account back if you can help me
