Paragon gauntlet problem

Few hours back I turned paragon, I cant access paragon gauntlet event. Idk if something is the problem I restarted the game few times still to no use. If I can access paragon gauntlet I can get those juicy rewards

You gotta be Paragon before.exploring TB difficulty, you can open a ticket and thet might help you; hope you have enough time though.
