I have participated in all Alliance Wars. But just a day before the season reward, my AW leader kicked me out of the alliance and now I missed to receive it. This is not fair, isn’t it.
Nope... it isn't fair. It's a really crappy thing that some alliance leaders do. But as Demonzfyre pointed out, you're a few weeks too late. The new season just started a week ago which means last season ended over 3 weeks ago. That's the time you should have addressed this issue.
