Is powershield 2.0 supposed to reduce hercs burst damage during specials? I was trying to use him on 8.4.6 red guardian path where he is hitting a 20k special but doing a burst of 5k.

    Herc's burst damage doesn't count as a "special" and so it's reduced by PowerShield. PowerShield reduces ALL damage except for direct damage from specials.

    So, yeah, that sounds right.
