As you can see, elsa, odin, aarkus and crossbones didn't have the global tactics icons. One of my teammate didn't realize about the global icons and he didn't use x magica attackers and he lose because of it. We know that you need to see the X icon and need to know that skill and cosmic with X mark is magic thief but still it is confusing
