Is there any specific reason we didn’t get a special store with incursion potions/revives this time?

During the past incursion themed months we used to get that store tab where we could exchange special monthly items for potions and revives. Unfortunately there isn’t one of those this time around. Is it because the incursions aren’t being considered as this months side event?
