Big Omega Crystals DON‘T appear after claiming milestone

I reached the milestone for 2 more big Omega crystals. But they don't appear in my stash, even after realoading the game.

Are you certain you checked the entire crystal vault? One thing I noticed as a Valiant player is that the Cav crystals and the Valiant crystals both showed up at the top of the crystal vault, but the Paragon crystals ended up deep into the vault in a different spot in the crystal order.
