RAID Chest - No Rewards

We got to the final chest and I selected the Paragon one . But it didn't opened anything ...no reward nothing...

Is there a known bug?

    Can Kabam validate?

    It has happened to others and every time they did get something. If you know your t6cc amounts, then you can validate yourself. If you have 10 paragon crystals, more 7* shards, or more titan shards, then you can once again validate yourself. If you happen to have 7* ultron, then you can once again validate that you got something. Really the most difficult thing to validate would be t6cc.

    Hard to validate when you didn’t expect it to happen.

    Submit a ticket and they can tell you if your account received the item or not

    This just happened to me. No rewards after defeating maestro on the left path - submitted a ticket and I’ll report back.
