Looks Like Prime Gaming is Over.... Did You Use The Benefits?

BloodyRoseBloodyRose Member Posts: 231
Prime gaming benefits email came out today and MCOC was not included, and the game is delisted on the Prime Gaming site. That didn't last long. Like killing the Marvel Insider rewards, maybe "it was a lot of work for something that very few users took part in. It required a lot of time each month to create and implement these packages?"

Did you use/like the benefits?

I claimed them, but it definitely had unwarranted friction.

    Same. The link still works.

I go to https://gaming.amazon.com/home and search for "contest", "champions", "contest of champions" or "marvel" and it's returning "We couldn't find any results." Last month you could do the search and the game would be in the listing.

I did find I can access the game page using an old email. Still, no rewards.

    Also, no in-game notification/reminder

It wasn't working for any game for me when trying to do that, actually. Weird stuff

The last notification was April 22. I looked at the forum and it looks like I'm not the first one thinking these rewards are done.

Not even sure I was eligible for it here in Australia, wouldn't have signed up/paid money/whatever was meant to happen anyway but I 100% agree with post above.

Yeah the contest doesn't show up when you search it anymore. I used it. I actually got a 6* dust from one of those crystals a couple of months ago.

everyone everywhere was eligible if they signed up for Amazon Prime, unlike Insider, there was no geographic restriction*.

*although I used Insider for literally years before they rejigged the website and made it so you needed a VPN to look at it from outside the US.

Prime Rewards were what got me to play the game back in November (I've since reached Paragon)

I had made an account years ago and barely played, but decided to re-download when I saw the prime gaming perks.

I ended up getting a 6* America Chavez from one of the cav crystals that carried me through to basically act 5 before I even knew what I was doing.

I don't know how successful the prime gaming rewards have been for them, but it sure as hell got me to play the game and spend some scratch.

Really wish it would return. Loved getting the 3* of new characters when I didn't have time to grind arena for them.

    Is there any replacement?
First it was on marvel insider
    Then amazon prime.
    Next...?
