Lack of mod response

Over a day since the android blackout and people are curious as to what is happening with things like arena.. this severely impacted the game and information should of been released quickly in regards.

There has been multiple posts and hundreds of comments regarding this issue over the span of a day and a half .. and we have heard nothing..

No mod response about what is going to happen... but

There happy to be active closing threads and removing discussions but not answering the 100's of people asking a legitimate question and after waiting more then a acceptable time for a response..

This is very unprofessional to half of your client base and shows blatant disregard for customer relations .

It's the weekend, dont expect a response until Monday. And don't expect a normal response either, they'll be like we're really sorry this happened, there's nothing we can do. It's like they make one bug so ppl forget about 1 before, ever since the android lockout no one is asking for compensation for the evade bug anymore.
