Ranking up Nimrod

I am a caviller and I am currently stuck on act 6.4 1...i don't have good tech...I got 5* star Nimrod. I have ascend dust...should i max him out...or upgrading 5* is not worth it anymore...Also Nimrod rotation is handy?

Should do well if you ascend him.
Nimrod rotation is easy. Build up to ten protocol by parrying in blue phase and launch sp2 at 10 protocol

I still use a 5* nimrod in act 8, he’s great against most of the mutants
