Kicked me out of a bg match and showed that i fortified it

Hey, Kabam. I just occurred a bug in bg match. I was normally playing bg matches while in a fight I used America Chavez and my opponent was Hulking. So i got some good damage and crits and even I finished the fight. It had shown the conclusion that i won that match but suddenly I got a message that an unknown issue occurred and i was directed back to the home page. Actually the game should be won by me but seeing the status it showed that i fortified the match. How could I even do that when I was directed back to homepage? I need answer for this problem.

    Had the same today but was at the other side.
    I lost 0:2 and just suddenly while the final score was shown, my opponent forfeited the match - wich makes no sense in any means - and i got the victory.
    I feel with my opponent that match, as i would be really upset if it happens to me.
    If this happens way more often than before, than kabam should monitor this problem for sure.

    Were you directed back to the Home Page of your device, and had to restart game (crash) ?
    Or was it a crash of game that then automatically re-loaded game by itself (same, it's a crash, just that sometimes it can auto-restart itself, other times you need to click on MCOC yourself again).

    Crashes, as I’m sure you know, happen in game fairly often, depending how many fights, etc, you have done since last starting up game. With higher occurrences in upper level content, or BG / Incursions / AW with some Node Buffs, etc. As well as Device, Connection, etc.

    Even though that appeared to happen after 1st fight was complete (although, maybe it had not completely synced up with servers as to the fact that 1st fight had completely ended), even if you were 1 vs 0 in match so far at that point, a crash / disconnect counts the whole match as Lost (no matter if it was a Crash, or a ForceClose/Forfeit, it falls under the same catch-all term as being Forfeited).

    It happens occasionally, probably has happened to everyone at some point.

    Well my device didn't crash at that time. It had directly sent me to the homepage
