Is he good?

I haven't played the game in a couple years and I just picked it back up so I don't know much about the new characters. I got this guy and would like to know if he is good or not.

He is good, but the Science class is so stacked, you have to decide if he’s worth an immediate rank up. I would take up Scorpion, Titania, Photon, Silk, Human Torch, OG Hulk first, but would still consider Spot if I didn’t have all those options.
