Awkward Kabam mistake costes me a lot

I guess every non-english speaking Summoner knows how carelessly Kabam treats translations to other languages, but this case was a little bit too much for me.
In Russian version we can see a task to finish SoS with F4 or ALPHA-FLIGHT team. So I did it with Sasq using a lot of revs. And guess what...? Yes, the task is still undone, it's A-Force in English version.
How about some compensation, Kabam? I'm a crappy player, so spent like 10 revives and heal potions for nothing

This is a legit situation that demands some form of compensation, either the items or the point ( less likely)

Same as this (above) person from a different Russian translation issue post.

Russian language must have implied Alpha Force/Flight, instead of the actual needed A-Force.
Person there used Guardian instead of Sasquatch, but both those because of same language translation.

Don’t know if they should be given credit (maybe it was easier with Guardian / Sasquatch ??).
But at least should be refunded any Revive / Heal potions.

Thank you for the support and your kind words! Just a little update: Kabam changed the translation, now it's correct.
No compensation still tho, but I guess it take a little bit more time, so that Kabam could identify all the accounts affected (don't want to think that they just don't care)

Now that is brutal. I'm sorry this happened to you, dude.
Thus is (finally) a legit complaint on the forums, this shouldn't be a thing and should be compensated.

That would suggest they are aware of the problem and/or saw your post.

Basically, a recognition that something was wrong on their part, in my opinion. I would expect relief to be forthcoming soon.

If I had to guess, the compensation for this will be the awarding of the point the player expected to earn by completing the objective as written. Its much harder to figure out how many items were used by each player affected than it is to just find those players and send them a point.

Hope Kabam does the right thing and award those affected the extra points. It's the right thing to do.

The game translator , more than cultural and language knowledge, must know a lot of Marvel Comics names on different countries.

For example, Wonderman is Magnum here in Brazil. Same should be happened with Alpha Flight

There is also a wrong translation for 39 node for a couple of seasons. It says that defender purifies debuff and gain energy, but in fact it nullifies attackers buff

So just a final (I guess) update on the issue: the ticket is closed, no compensation and (which is even worse) no communication from any Kabam employee.

That is super not cool. You have to be able to trust what the game tells you. @Pikolu @DNA3000 any chance one of you could get this at least looked at?
