“Realm Adjustment Bundle Card”?

Was looking through my inventory and found one of these.
I don’t see a section in the store for it like it says, though? What do I do with this, and where is it from?

My recollection is the Realm Adjustment Bundle card was given to players who were playing Realm of Champions when it shut down and had connected their MROC account to their MCOC account. MROC players, based on their progression in MROC, were given some free stuff in MCOC as a combination thanks-for-playing and enticement to move over to MCOC (if they weren't already playing MCOC).
