Well It doesn’t matter does it
You would have gotten smacked by valiants in diamond as well
And since valiant will beat you there will be no promotion any ways
Everyone gets to utilise there elders mark fully at lower tiers
So all are happy

You do realize that doing what you're saying would literally force everybody to not only use elder marks constantly, but also reach GC every season, and also win a bunch in GC, yeah?

I'll pass. I like being able to use a mix of elder marks and energy throughout the season, and not get screwed when I go on a losing streak.

It's bad enough winning 5 in vibranium 3 times to get to GC, let alone not getting points when you lose matches. 😑

Well, the first trail season was like that, you started with some points and got more if you won, and less if you lost, and you faced accounts on the same points level as you.

But, then big accounts started to lose on purpose, like in AW between seasons, to get lower rating and easier match ups… and the smaller allys were slaughtered.

But are you not saying that once you win a match for one token, you can't get the points again if you lose and end up back at zero, or 1 etc?

So say I'm in Vib 3, I went on to win 3, but then lose my next 3, you wouldn't get points for climbing back to the 3, right?

You do know even winning every match with pure elder marks from platinum 1 straight through to the end of Vibranium wouldn't get you 300k for the milestones, yeah?

It's already a slog to get through vibranium, this idea would just push people not to even bother anymore.

This is the prefecting point farming system with a bonus. If you win too many mathces in a row (using elders marks) and are got promoted to Vibranium too fast. In Vibranium we all know it's where it's open season so your odds of facing those big whale accounts are greater. Now you have the option to lose a few matches with energy to get back to Platinum and now you would have a better chance to face those pesky smaller accounts. Beating up on those lower accounts will get you the ultimate statisfaction. Crushing the hopes and dreams of reaching GC. Then coming to the forum to see those pesky smaller accounts posting about unfair matches on BG and the best thing is now you would egg them on by posting "get good" on all their post. It's like a cycle of madness. Brilliant idea, why didn't I think of this.

PS. this only works if you have a big to whale account. For the rest of us it won't be as useful.

Anyways, OK, “no rewards for re-promoted”.
But also, NO points per match, no points towards Solo and Ally BG Events, no Trophy Tokens, no Elders Marks.
Just election to play for fun only.
Basically a “Play Against Friends”, except don’t have to be friends.
But at least it would be matched against someone of similar roster.

Wait a minute this sounds like a Kabam win system. Interesting, you don't get points unless you move back up to where you were but you need to spend resources tryign to get back up. I like it. OP wants the ultimate challenge to get o GC and stay there. Why didn't OP just say this in the first place. What a brilliant idea.

I think they should do it, just for one season for fun. This way we can all watch the chaos ensue.
One condition: soon as you post to complain about it on the forums you get banned on the forums, and in game because this is what they wanted so no complaints allowed.😁
