Who to rank up? (Currently in 7.1.3)

I hv a r4 gem and an AG left over from poolies event. Who do i rank up? And do any of the options need awakening too?

Can't prefer anyone, all of them good but all of them exist as 7*, since you are at act 7, there is not very hard to get 7* for you though it is still highly difficult to get 7* but can't prefer
