No way. Red is frankly better for both damage and utility, in and of himself.
White's Magnetism causes a small reduction of combat power rate; where Red completely shuts down all Miss, Autoblock and Health recovery.
White being completely immune to Bleed is great; as Red's 90% resistance can be bypassed by passive or instantaneous effects. On the other hand, Red also has Shock resistance, and there are loads more Shock/Bleed debuffs than passive in the game, which give Red Mags access to Willpower healing. He's also not susceptible to being punished for immunity by the likes of Clare Voyant, Gorr, etc.
The only utility that White Magneto has which is substantially different is his Guidance prefight; which is honestly brilliant and game-changing...in situations where you can spare a slot for him, and the opponent isn't stun-immune.

Even if the opponent is stun immune, people do sometimes forget the White Mags prefight also gives you a 15% damage increase.

In a situation where you could spare a slot for red mags there is realistically no reason why you wouldn't bring white mags instead if your roster is developed enough.

With Red mags you're bringing him to fight, though. Most people are only bringing white mags for his prefight, in which you get I believe 3 of?, if you don't actually use him onthe quest.
Both have their uses, but for me personally, I vote red mags all day because he absolutely wrecks 1/3 of the champs in the game, completely shutting them down, and also alot of the time shutting down the nodes they're on.

My point is why would you even bring red mags if your roster is developed 9/10 times he would take way longer to kill a defender than other options.
Imo, red magneto is far better then white magneto in most of the cases especially damage wise. White magneto maximum prowess limit is 3, which punish his damage. Well but his prefight ability is amazing, that makes him a must have champion. Red one is also better defender against #metal champs bcoz i see him in wars quite often but don't know about white magneto defensive abilities but he also see sometimes in war

Because it's fun as hell to watch him destroy things. Lol
The same can be said about white mags. If your roster is developed enough, why would you waste a slot on him just for some extra attack and passive stun 3 times in a quest for your other champs?
Realistically, none of us are really using either one of them if we have well developed rosters, but if I'm looking for a 5th member for my team, I'm bringing red mags to watch him destroy thungs rather than white mags to make my other champs hit a bit harder.
I use him in EQ just for the fun of it. I've even used red mags in bg's in the past before my roster got more developed.
I still see the odd red mags in vibranium, though not often.

I've NEVER seen a white mags I'm bg's.
I doubt Red Mags will see a 7* version.
White Mags might.
