If I leave then rejoin alliance I contributed points for in AQ will I still receive glory?! I just rejoined so when the rewards come will receive glory?participated in every aq then left

If your AQ is done for the week when you rejoin, it will treat you as a new player who hasn't contribute to AQ so therefore you will get nothing since you contribute nothing. It looks like you aren't going to get it.
