My problem is that I have my account on an email which I now cannot access. I want to change my account login to a different email but this requires providing lots of account information which is proving difficult.
As a player of 7+ years and having spent a decent amount of money on this game, I worry that if something happens to my account or login and I cannot access my account, I will lose everything. I have already tried to change my email but I guess the answers I give were either wrong or not good enough. My only excuse is that the devices I've played on changed over these 7 years and it's hard/ impossible to say when my first ever purchase was (unless someone can tell me where to find it).
I was wondering if anyone could help give info on how to better handle this or if I should contact Kabam for further support, Or even just to give it up because it's not possible. I'm willing to provide all the information I have, whether it's receipts, my login, account creation date, recent purchases, game centre connection, etc. So please could someone help me decide what best to do, many thanks
