Instead of completing Act 6 and having one 6r3, you can now obtain Thronebreaker by obtaining five 6r4.

Note, if you hope to reach paragon or higher there is no alternate path and you will need to complete Act 6 eventually to get there.

Actually the new requirement is "complete act 6.4 OR have 5 6* to r4"
The requirement on 6*r3 has been dropped completely

That makes sense. Getting a 6*r3 is incredibly easy and less of a task to do for cavs
