Which champions fit the description “Jack of all trades, master of none” the best?

Im throwing IMIW out there. Everything you need from a tech champion. Armour break, heal block, power control, armour, shock, incinerate. He does it all exceptionally well, but if you needed just one of those abilities, there's far better options

Quicksilver has the whole science utility packed into his kit, but he’s not the best at anything in particular.
Elsa has a very cool kit, but she’s also not the best at anything.
A lot of mutants fit this category, like Jubilee and White Magneto.

don't agree with Aegon.. he is a ramp up champion designed for long term content.. not really used in AW or battleground.. which are short and medium fights... this doesn't make him master of none.. in fact Aegon is a specialist for long form content, Abyss of Legends, and Necropolis (if you are able to accumulate 999 combos).

FYI, having utility but not being the best at them refers to master of none.. Dormammu comes to mind (bleed immune, has power control, little damage) but with so many champions able to do more or less the same but having better damage. Doc Ock is also good mid tier tech but isn't used much since there are other tech champions better at what he does.. This is different from Kabam deliberately designed champions that are definition of defenders (tanky with minimal damage numbers in our roster but extremely difficult when in certain boosted defender node combinations in AW, incursions, battleground, and/or WOE).. I wouldn’t be surprised if kabam add 7* Dormammu to the game, a 7* numbers and stat focus could help him a bit.. if he got incinerate immunity in his kit, that might help I guess.

Magik and Quake are examples of over achiever for their own good (don't know if Kabam will ever release them as 6* or 7*).. As 5* champion, they are relegated to the bench in lieu of 6* rank5 sig200 ascend champions and/or 7* rank1, rank2 or even rank3 champions.

I would say Iceman... so many immunities along with being the only champ who is immune to Nova flames he has great coldsnap and his frostbite passives do a decent chunk of damage.

Apoc, he increases mutants abilities via horseman, he combats evade, has some immunities, can do big damage on specials, has regen and can inflict concussion and various other debuffs.

Also combats purify.

Her Power Steal and energy resistance makes her a possible option for Havok. Her Block Regen helps for things like Incursions or big Defenders. Access to Slow and Armor Break on the Opponent, an Aura of Nullify, or SP3 based on saved Runes. The pre-fight to start with the Power Steal and the Scarlet Witch Relic helps her a ton, but most of the time, the damage is not there. There's a Prowess Synergy, and she can use SP2S during her Fury, but she really is a jack of a lot of things

I think prowler will join this group, Anti Venom is there as well (heavy on the master of none though). Apoc is in this group as well, tons of utility but not the best option for many/any fights. Iceman with his 500 immunities can also fit in here, especially now that Mr Sinister is the best bullseye counter. Mr Negative and Elsa bloodstone also have a ton of utility but don’t pop up as often as they should.

But the king of this class is Scorpion. All the utility and abilities, but by god has he fallen behind on the damage front. Really a shame to see for such a wanted and popular character, he had a brief time to shine but with the 7* science rollout scorp really needs to be released as one.

mystic: i'd say claire. She got everything you need . Immunity, utility, healing, control, suicideable... though i'd love to see her damage is a bit more. Imo, she is overall the most versatile champ in the game

cosmic: Herc. The guy can do 99% of the fights. Though he is not the best counter in a lot of matches, he still can solve it decent enough. His damage without suicides is already top tier, but with suicides on, it reach a brand new level.

science: Gotta give the W to Scorp. Can choose the wanted type of debuffs, immunities and on top of that, very solid control and damage output

Tech: I really like warlock's utilities. Lots of immunity, unique infection passive. He paired well with suicides, sp2 + suicides on is insane.

Mutant: Apoc the GOAT. The man has all types of debuffs and can have immunities as well as banning purify. Kinda sad he is pretty dogwater without synergies (cable, stryfe...)

Skill: Idk to be honest. Maybe valk ? hitting on block remove 90% of the BS nodes

She’s also an excellent Killmonger counter due to the slow and armor break and if duped she counters domino as well

Guardian? anyone? He seems to work wherever i put him. This months EQ domino was being diifiult but guardian melted her. Onslaught and cgr were way better but hey, that just strengthens my point
