I once matched with a ally member (officer of my bg group) after 2 days into joining my ally. He only came to know he was fighting me after the match lol, only when I told him gg on alliance chat.

I think if you want to change your in game name to a name which is already taken you can challenge the other player to a BGs duel for the name. If they accept and lose they lose the name, but they don’t have to accept (if they’re scared)

St. Joan of Arc won. My Joan of Arc account is only a 500K rating Thronebreaker. The real Saint version of me was a Valiant with over 3M rating.
