Cheating in battlegrounds

I don't know how you could cheat in battle grounds. But I came across someone today while fighting in Platinum 1.

Way below my power. Suspiciously low. And he beat my defender in 10 seconds and 11 seconds each fight, with 100% HP. He had 5k power mine had 30k power and 20k power.

How is it possible to "power up" your champs like he can.
And is there a way to repost them so they don't show up in the pool and ruin gameplay.

too much low info provided to comment and if you think he is a cheater report him ingame. creating a post here wont do anything maybe make other players be aware of his id.

Posting user name is against forum rules. you need to blot out their names. Plus, you didn't even post anything useful like the fight info screen.

Anyways, just report in-game (but don't clutter up the report button with useless requests just because you lost if that's the case).
