Saga incursions ( not able to log in with a partner)

This msg is popping up everytime we trying to join saga incursions:

When the person I was playing with was using a champion other than the saga attacker and saga defender tags, I got the same phenomenon.

I was able to get it started by putting only the target champion in the roster.
