Missing Rank Up tab in the store

Since you announced the free item in the store went to look for it and after researching online I have come to find out I don't have the tab at all. Seen screen shots of the tab being near mastery and loyalty. However I don't have it at all. Tried updating clearing cache and data and force stopping the app all to no avail. Please help

Update installed current version 1321735 in the game. And in the play store 45.0.0

My guess, maybe you are in Negative (Red) Units ?

Rank-up Store tab is items that cost Units (maybe all, or at least most of them ?).

Even if you didn’t upgrade yet, you should still be able to see that Store Tab (it has been in game for some months now).
So if you don’t see it, potentially because you are in the Red.

So if Negative Units, maybe it does not show you that whole tab, because you are not allowed to spend Units when you are in the Red.
(from instigating a Refund thru your bank or credit card, for a money purchase in game, instead of going thru Kabam for a refund or other potentially “something wrong” purchase).

Oh, yes (so maybe not related to Negative Units, or maybe in addition to that potential reason).

Last update to Catalyst Store (labeled Rank-up Store in game) in March, Kabam said they were removing that for Conqueror and below.
So need to be Uncollected to have that tab in the Store.
