5* unduped cable or 4* duped nightcrawler

So I have 4* duped nightcrawler 4/5
And 5* unduped cable 2/5

Are they good champions? Which one to upgrade?

PS. How good is Nubila

    You have a very great force,but having 2 Mutants might hurt ya. I'd rank up your Cable. Nebula is pretty great with Self Regen as well.
