Why is the grand opening special event locked?

in Bugs and Known Issues
On one of my accounts it let me access the first ten levels but on my other it is locked out at 9 ?

    Are you sure it isn't the “Higher, Further, Faster” event, from opening Crystals.

    If really the Grand Opening one, can you show pic of you actually claiming milestones higher than milestone-4 already ?

    Note, if you have put up enough points to reach milestone 5, it will then show it as Locked until next week. (Groups of 4 at a time become available each succeeding week)

    If you haven’t reach that many points yet, it won’t show as locked yet (but you can’t claim it anyways because you haven’t got that many points).

    Thank you for your responses. I did not claim higher than 5 on that I had got confused on the way the event was and the way the game changed the shield currency. I did not know it was a weekly thing as well so thank you for that information
