Iceman doesnot get IceArmor in Uncollected Mode Chapter 2 Quest 2

Iceman is not getting his IceArmor when fighting Mephisto in a particular path. Please see attached Screenshot

    He Gets his Armor only after using his 3rd special not at the beginning. Also till we use special 3 we don’t even see the timer for his IceArmor

    Welcome to the world of Mephisto fighting. Mephisto prevents you from having any buffs at the start of the fight. You literally have to use your special 3 to even get Ice armor when you fight Mephisto. This is not a bug.
