Help me understanding the raid.

So..how exactly that increased damage in the raid actually works?
Let's assume a situation
Assault charges - 3
Vanguard charges - 11
Tactician charges- 2
Can anyone tell me which one of the three will be doing the most damage? Player playing in assault role or Vanguard role or tactician role?

As long as you have a charge and total charges are above 15 I think you're good. But I just hop in as long as I have 2/3 assault charges and take the 12% off every time.

So in the above situation, tactician should be doing the most damage or not?
And I think you might want to write "above 10".
