Hulking getting power burned by red skull…

I thought hulking was immune to power burn, drain and steal… how is he being power burned by red skull in BG’s? Is this a bug?

He is not getting power burned. Just the damage

Red's skull damage on block is energy damage, not power burn. So hulking can still take damage from it
