I’ve been having this problem for a month now, sent many tickets to Kabam. I also am not getting ingame private message updates! Kabam please fix this! @Kabam Jax

what a shame to let a problem persist for so long that spoils the gaming experience without even a message

This issue is in AW screen from 2-3 months. I also highlighted thi multiple times. But kabam is busy making this game more difficult. Shame on you kabam. Don't you guys have QAs who test the builds before releasing it.
