The team have found the source of the issue and will be updating with our next build.

Currently, Annihilus has their Signature ability erroneously set to 1 - it should be 0.

    0 for me, been valiant within a fortnight of 8.4 release. 10 per pop and best run so far was 5k 7* shards. Also 0 7* from paragon, valiant and magnetron crystals thus far. 😞
